The hotel was clean and inviting, offers quite a bit in terms of amenities. The staff was excellent!!!! Very accommodating!! I made multiple changes to my reservation, both online and by phone...they got it right, no questions asked. Always with a smile.I would Definitely stay there again!!

The staff is simply the best of and hotel I have ever stayed in.We asked for an extra coffee and it was delivered to our room in approx. 2 minutes after calling., and that is the complete truth. Book your next stay at this hotel .

We stayed in Cartersville because it was enroute to Atlanta. We didn't want to stay in Atlanta during our trip due to all the crowds and partying after the Final Four game. So we enjoyed the games , walked around downtown and then headed up to Cartersville. It was very pretty and peaceful in this up and coming area.

My wife and I really enjoyed a one-night stay at this fairly new hotel. The top-floor room with King and in-room whirlpool was really enjoyable. We didn't stay long enough to have much interaction with staff, and since no breakfast was included, I can't review the food.
