We would definitely not stay at this hotel ever again. Parking was blocked, staff had an attitude and could have cared less. Also told that crime rate for breaking into cars was high by another person who had stayed there on business. Not like the normal pleasant registration at other Hampton Inns.

The staff was excellent!!! The building was older and the Lobby was being remodeled - which wasn't a problem - and the Check-In was in a makeshift location in a hallway. The lobby was under going a renovation therefore we had to check in at a small hallway. It worked but was cramped. Even so, the check in went smoothly thanks to the efficient staff. Our room was fresh and clean. And the breakfast was better than just muffins and juice or coffee.

Quality Hotel with above average amenities. Hotel lobby was under remodeling at the time of our visit, so check-in was a bit slower than I am sure it would have been under normal circumstances. Beds/pillows extremely comfortable.

I reserved a room for my family member and I work under the Hilton Brand myself. For my family to give feedback that customer service is still alive, was great for me to here. to often we only post complaints........But they were absolutely amazed!

Older location currently under renovation. Lobby closed so checkin is from side room near entrance but well marked outside. Looked like our hallway on top floor had been recarpeted and room walls reprinted. Definitely NOT a new mattress. This one (406) was hard and so old I could feel the lumps from springs. The staff here are very nice. The rooms are nothing fancy but are clean and mostly updated. The hotel is quiet (except for the construction noise due to remodeling) and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an excellent variety. Overall, a very good choice when in Conyers.
