Dear Guest, I apologize for your recent stay as the pool need urgent repair due a water leaking which is fixed now. Your reservation had one person only and there were more than one people in the room. When I arrived, check-in was quick and easy. The room appeared quite clean and the bathroom was spotless (the shower curtain looked almost new). There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was excellent. There were plenty of clean towels and a microwave/refrigerator.
