Just o.k. customer service, nice updated rooms, newer t.v. room a little dirty around the edges. Nice price but no "amenities" to speak of. Breakfast is coffee and choice of red or green apple. No problem with me but description of breakfast offered with price can be disappointing. Location is o.k. hard to locate.

This property used to be a Homestead Studio Suites but they either failed Homestead franchise standards or opted for a less expensive business franchise model. We had a great stay. The girl at the front desk was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. I do not understand what the other reviews complain about. We had a two room two bath suite for $75 a night in a nice part of town minutes away from the Cumberland Mall.

This is a model facility. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff made the difference between an ordinary and world-class experience. I'm a world traveler...I know world-class attitude and effort from a staff. Whatever they're doing there, I would model it and spread it around. I'm traveling to San Diego next month and plan to make Homestead my choice.
