This location had a poor exercise room, expensive meals, slow internet and they lost my reservation. I expected much more from a Hilton property. Additionally, our group of 12 had dinner at the restaurant and it took an hour to get food after ordering (I was not part of the group).

My experience at the Hilton in Norcross, GA was exceptional. I have stayed at other Hilton Hotels and experience the same Hilton quality service. Hilton is known for its high quality courtous service.

I spent a Friday and Saturday night at the Hilton. Staff was helpful in switching the pillows out to feather. All staff was friendly.The room on the fifth floor was fine. 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star. The rooms suck!!!!!!! The staff is great and thats the only thing! Wallpaper is falling off the walls, sheets have stains, rusty ice buckets and many other defects. Hilton's should be ashamed, bet he wouldn't stay here.
