“No Warning!”

Top notch rates during construction renovations equals less than pleasurable experience. Hilton 800# reservations did not inform us of the situation nor give us the choice of staying at another property. We were not offered Hampton's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which we forgot about at the time.

“OLD and UNDER CONSTRUCTION.”

I booked this hotel through my credit card company. Nothing was mentioned by either the travel department of the credit card company, nor the confirmation from Hampton Inn that this hotel is under renovation. “Not worth the money!”

The hotel was not as clean as I had hoped and the breakfast luckily was free because it was cold and unimpressive. Room rate for this hotel is too high!! Staff at the front desk did not care that we arrived very late and did nothing to reduce the room rate as other hotels do!!!

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us directions to restaurants and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle was an unexpected plus! There were many breakfast options and, again, the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked.
