“Beautiful Georgia wine country”

“Great Location & Very Friendly Owners”

Close to Helen and several wineries in the area. Owners went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. So like many of the reviewers, we found out about this resort thru LivingSocial. We upgraded to a cabin. The cabin is away from the primary lodge and it's in a quiet, secluded area of the property. We also purchased a Living Social deal with 2 other couples. We upgraded to a cabin. The cabin was well constructed but in desperate need of upgrading. It was a great location. My husband and I had a lovely weekend despite the accomidations. The inn keepers were very nice and the room was clean. I was turned off by the disrepair of the room. Found this place thru Living Social offer. Quiet and close to Helen Georga. Clean, helpful owners and a good breakfast. Local winerys are close and georgia wines were very good A suprise. Room was well kept and bed comfortable. Had a problem with the small refridgerator it didn't get a cold as it maybe should have but ok.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and discovered our little secret—Georgia wines are really good. Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the refrigerator. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. More

What a great location and owners that don't treat the lodge as a REAL business but just a sideline. Lodge has not been really updated in 30 years,same carpet,same linens,same pillows and it shows. The owners are a couple that have there online computer business setup in the same space as the wine tasting and breakfast, papers and stuff everywhere.... More
