Beautiful at first glance but lots of ceiling tiles have water spots on them! My class in the meeting room had water dripping from the ceiling onto a back desk. The employees at the front desk are unwelcoming and unconcerned with guest issues. The beds are small (equivalent to a SMALL full sized bed. Pros: Terrifically friendly staff greet me by name. Free high speed wireless!! We stayed at this hotel for a famiy reunion. The rooms were perfectly clean. The beds were sooooo comfortable. There was no noisy traffic outside. The large screen television was Awesome! I stayed at the Hyatt Place last week and booked it because of it's location. It's easy to find and right off the interstate, which, ironically, was not a good thing. The interior of the hotel is fabulous. I really liked the nice, new common areas, pleasant staff and upgraded rooms. Free wifi and breakfast is always a good thing.... more
