I read the mixed reviews, but we decided to give it a try, and I am glad we did.Check-in went very good, they were quick and polite.Our room was fine, it did have new carpet,micro/refrig and was clean.Breakfast was good, a waffle maker and great muffins and coffee. I would recommend this for a budget hotel.

I stayed here for Parent's Weekend at GSU, and found it to be clean & comfortable without the issues the other reviewers noted. The price was half of any other hotel I found (I booked early), and when I changed my reservation, they were very nice about it.
