In response to the prior reviewer, I was a hotel guest during the same time period. What they forgot to mention was while they were shopping and seeing Boise, their 2 dogs were locked in the room...constantly barking. Am glad to see they will not be returning. More

When I booked the hotel, I was assured that a late check out would be no problem. I also asked for a late checkout upon arrival and confirmed that in the morning. I was surprised when the front desk called me and told me that we would have to check out at the normal time ONE HOUR before. They actually... More

We wanted an inexpensive, clean hotel within walking distance to the Knitting Factory and Safari Inn was right on. The room was clean, spacious and quiet and staff were helpful. Nothing exceptional about this place, but hey - that's what we paid for. More

One night in Boise and we stayed at the Safari Inn. It's in a great location and is reasonably priced. It's rather no frills but we didn't come to Boise for the hotel. It's clean and the staff were helpful, free wifi. More

Perfectly positioned in Downtown. The park and university are all easily walked to. Happy greeting from reception, asked for a top floor room with only one room next to ours if possible. Got a top floor room with the stairwell on one side. Consequently very quiet. There are some roadside rooms I'd make sure to avoid. Could do with air... More

Had to attend a meeting in Boise on behalf of a nonprofit so the overnight stay was on me. Had stayed at the Grove in the past but the Safari had a much better rate.Reviews on Trip Advisor were good so I gave it a try. Location is excellent, place was clean, staff were friendly, parking was free and, as... More

We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight in Boise - the town was adorable and the people were super friendly. We happened upon an old quaint neighborhood (Hyde Park) and went in to ask about hotels. None - but the very nice bartender suggested the Safari Inn downtown. I'm a sucker for a name like Safari Inn, but it twuned... More

The check-in was easy and very professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had an excersie room which we enjoyed. We liked having the breakfast and coffee before we started our day right at the hotel. The Best part about our stay was Nora's homemade cookies every night, they were yummy! More
