The one best thing this resort has is the employees seem to care about giving great service. The management/owners really need to take a close look. Right on the Cour d'Alene Lakefront, this resort has everything. The rooms are immaculate and very very nice. They open up to a small deck overlooking the lake and boat slips. We awoke in the morning to snow and it was a beautiful sight. Great workout facility too. Way better than other hotels. Very nice clean pool and spa. more
