As Towneplace Suites go, this one is well staffed and well run. It is located directly across the freeway from Idaho State Univerity campus. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place, it was great for the price (I used booking.com). The room was very clean, it had a nice view (4th floor), and it had a welcoming comfortable vibe. I especially liked the interior decor and kitchen area. The popcorn and cookies were a nice touch.

We enjoyed our one night stay in this great hotel, however the carpet was very dirty an could see very visible in the carpet the bed was comfortable but cleanliness of the room could be much better. Breakfast was good an staff was very nice and helpful

Stayed 3 nights during business trip to Pocatello. Above average Fitness center and indoor pool, perhaps because hotel is relatively new. Hotel staff was VERY helpful. Breakfast buffet was above average. Very good value for the money. Major negative: All 3 restaurants within walking distance are not good.
