Disclaimer: i did not stay at the hotel. we booked our ticket online through priceline and i think we may have looked for locations based on proximity to the wrong airport(midway , not O'Hare). so we got stuck with the reservation. The hotel staff when we called we are always helpful and friendly. the calls required to cancel were more... More
