Hotel is old.. reserved a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. I called the front desk and was told they would make note of it. We were able to open the windows it helped. Buffalo Grove is a beautiful place to stay. They give you 1 towel per person. Not the greatest place to stay but it was okay.

Stayed for 5 days and had an enjoyable experience. The rooms were nice, front desk was great! Did not have the best experience with the breakfast. We registered for 4 people but were only given 3 towels all three days, there are not fridges or microwaves in the room. This hotel has a lot to offer but also left a lot to be desired.
