This hotel was wonderful. Our room was so clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The restaurant food was amazing. You get what you pay for here. It might be a little more expensive, but our experience was that it was definitely worth it.

the rooms are spacious, well-designed, tastefully appointed, and quiet. The bed was very luxurious, and was turned down for me each evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was right across the street from the Apple Store!

Older hotel but excellent location, very comfortable and immaculate suites. Customer service is best in the city, and I travel to Chicago 2-3 times monthly. Food and beverage are very good, and restaurant is very nice, as is bar. The brunch is outstanding.
