With exception to a couple minor hiccups, it was a pleasant stay. Yes it's old and showing signs of nastalgic wear. “Beautiful hotel but our room wasn't clean.”

We stayed here for a couple of nights right at Christmas. The room itself was beautifully decorated and large. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well., There was hair in the shower,and more hair on the bathroom floor, the nightstands were very dusty and there were a few small objects on the carpet that should have been vacuumed up.... Although it's a chain, this hotel acts a bit more like a boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was nicely decorated and rather large, and the bed was dreamily comfortable. I stayed here as part of a group for a trade show in Jan 2012. The hotel was very nice, however we were unable to get an early check-in. We had arrived from O'Hare at about noon, but our rooms would not be ready until 3. The hotel did store our bags at no cost until our rooms were ready.... More

What a beautiful boutique hotel! We stayed in a "Premiere King" room and it was great! Large room, excellent, double sink bathroom, gorgeous walk in shower, and the most amazingly comfortable bed! I liked it so much I'll be staying there again soon. It's a little far from some restaurants and attractions, but is no more than a 5 to 10 minute walk to most anything you need or want. More
