The rooms are very nice and have nice amenities. There are three steps down into the sleep area that are not lit and there is no handrail. I would consider it a hazard. The staff was very nice and the meeting facilites were good. The food from catering for breakfast was very good.

Great location! Close to everything, friendly staff and sizable room for a boutique hotel. We traveled as a couple, but would gladly stay here as a family. In house restaurant was delicious for breakfast and very affordable with an excellent coffeebar. Staff was engaging and clearly dedicated to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, great service, delicious food at the restaurant and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even let us bring our bikes to our room! Oh and I loved their valet, definitely worth the price!

Unexpectedly nice hotel! Perfect location just off Michigan Avenue. The best restaurants and shopping are just a block or two away. The staff were all extremely friendly. The room was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Onsite amenities were great. Would stay there again when we come back in September. Highly recommend this hotel.
