This Holiday Inn's internet computers in the lobby were formerly no charge. Now they charge 49 cents per minute! This seems to be a rip-off of the customers. Even Kinko's only charges about 25 cents a minute. The property still has not upgrade their air conditioning. The room air conditioners are barely adequate, and the lobby area was too warm.... more
