Great hotel in a great area of Chicago....staff were friendly and helpful. Love the French atmosphere. Close to Rush St for late night activities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a European flair to their hotel stay.

Good Hotel We booked the breakfast package and we got charged for breakfast anyway. They told us that the final bill will show the discount but never happened. Location staff and grounds are well kept. Room had good views

“Sofitel lives up to name-brand standard”

Stayed here for a business conference. Location is wonderful for shopping Michigan Ave Magnificent Mile but will obviously lack a lake or river view. My husband had a conference here and we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Parking really no more expensive than other hotels. “Beauty is only skin deep-”

Hotel is stunning however the beauty cannot comensate for the absolute lack of customer service. From Front Desk to the Accounting department, every person I had to speak with was border line rude and condensending. Just kept repeating their company line about policy.
