Stayed here for a family getaway. Great location and handy for family suites. Rooms are quite dated. Services are limited and restaurants mediocre ( although bar friendly and good prices) Rooms are clean but very basic lakeside room worth it with fantastic views! we enjoyed ourselves very much.

I guess the only really good thing about this hotel is the location, it is within walking distance to Millenium Park and Chicago Art institute. And not far from the museums. The rest is not a big deal the rooms are just ok, and hotel in general is just odd

I had a decent stay. The bathroom was a little beat up (some cracks in the tiles and worn out wallpaper) but still clean.
