“Great Concierge Service”

Robert Brooks, the concierge, is a real gem! He is knowledgeable about the area and was unfailingly helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is central, with easy access to transportation and all parts of the city.

“Anniversary weekend!”

We had an amazing weekend spent downtown at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. Emily Cohen did not miss a single detail of our specifications for the room. She was so helpful and provided great service! The room was clean, beautiful and quiet! Room service was speedy and attentive as well. We will be back there soon!

“Helpful, Accommodating, and Great Quality Experience”

The Holiday Inn hosted our group for business meeting and dining, and could not have done a better job. Staff was extremely friendly and eager to help from start to finish. “Clean Room, Great Location, Friendly Staff”

“Nice stay”

Great survice, big rooms and the location is excellent. Todd is great and the rest of the staff as well. Breakfast is great, something for everyone at the Italiasia restaurant. The view from the bar is lovely, over the river and the city. I woulf love to come back and then with my family.

“GRADUATION WEEKEND”

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Todd Williams is an excellent concierge. Rachel Morgan and Angel Heras take good care of you in the breakfast room and the door man, Marvin, is very attentive to your needs. All in all a pleasant experience.

My daughter's wedding at the Mart Plaza was fabulous thanks to the stellar staff from the door man all the way to the Wedding and Hotel managers. What a great place to stay! It is attached to the Merchandise Mart, so on rainy days, you can to quite a few places without having to step outside. You can hop a train or catch a cab without any difficulties. It is also surrounded by several wonderful places to eat without having to take a cab or walk too... More

“Nice location but awkward set up”

Not that it is a big deal, but in order to get to the hotel, you have to take an elevator up to the 15th floor. Then get on a separate elevator to get to your room. It takes a while cause the elevators are from the 70's (along with decor in the building) but the overall appears of the... More
