Valet was outstanding...in fact the best part! Hotel lobby staff very unfriendly and acted bored to death. Lobby very small. Rooms very clean...older but updated. Bought 3 beers from hotel bar...$21! Not close to anything except UIC and Rush. Just ok.

When in Chicago over the holidays always stay here. During the holidays the rates are very low and the room and service are top notch. Food in the restaurant is surprisingly good. The only down side is the parking charge. Valet service for on site lot or walk about one block for parking. Oh well, welcome to the big city.
