Overall, a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and the amenities were very nice. The view from my room was amazing, and everyone worked hard to satisfy my needs. This Hyatt is very nice and super convenient if you are at a conference at the McCormick Center. There are a couple of restaurants on site that are good. The rooms are updated and clean. I definitely would never stay here unless you are doing a conference. It is a $15 cab ride to downtown where all the action is.

This particular Hyatt is a convention hotel and located right outside of the "Loop" Downtown Chicago.
