We stay here every year for the Chicago auto show and are never disappointed with our room. Excellent lake and city views. We were upgraded to a suite and had walls of windows lots of room to relax. We'd spent 7 hours trying to travel the 1-1/2 hours to downtown during a 6-10" snowfall. I had a beautiful time and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. They have good restaurants in the hotel and their pizza was the best in Chicago. The room was beautiful, my only complaint is that I believe that the WIFI should have been free. More
