“Pretty standard Westin”

I usually stay while in Chicago at the Westin Chicago River North, which is a bit nicer, newer and maybe a bit better located (for restaurants, for my taste.) “The place to stay in Chicago.”

Located in the heart of the Mag Mile. Across from The Hancock building and historic Fire Station. Short walk to all you want to see. Rooms are updated, clean with great views. Quick check in and out. Wi-Fi is NOT free in rooms.

Perfect location for shopper and short stay in downtown Chicago. Easy access to most attraction. SPA is not what we expect, a rather very small one, yet surrounding area has many SPAs to offer. Basically loved the stay there

Wow! I used to go to this hotel all the time with my mom, dad and siblings when I was younger. We all decided to go back for a mini reunion. First of all, the hotel has not changed in 20 years. “Great location but less than heavenly”

Location is excellent but rooms and baths are small and don't come close to the definition of heavenly. Not sure what earlier reviewer Ron was on, I had a great experience with Westin Michigan Avenue. I arrived at close to midnight to have the desk staff apologies for a double Queen bed room.
