Marriott guarantees the lowest prices if you book through them. It's not cheap but it's a major city. It is in Chicago but it is really a suburban location. I recently stayed at the Marriott O'Hare for one night for a meeting. The hotel seems old and needs updating. The meeting space was nice enough and the catering was pretty good for a hotel.
