Stayed 2 nights at this wonderful hotel in downtown Chicago ! Free warm chocolate chip cookies upon registering. What a nice surprise! Nice rooms.Wasn't too happy about $45/night to park tho! Ate at the breakfast buffet everyday...it was good! Staff very attentive.Very expensive hotel.

Check-in and concierge services were great. Attentive staff. Room was clean. Everything worked. Received $8 credit for restaurants/room service for opting to reuse my same towels during my three night stay. Close to my conference (3 blks) and Michigan Ave. dining/shopping.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. Our room was nicely decorated and quite spacious.The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we loved the location. We enjoyed the free chocolate chip cookies at check-in. It would be nice if they offered free wi-fi. We come to Chicago often and would stay here again.

Beaten thrift-shop quality furnishings, smudges on windows, dirty carpets, goop in bathtub, previous guests' hairs on bathroom floor, inconcistent service (others in our party were given restaurant coupons and we were flat out refused), bell staff tries to push a $50 "fixed price" cab to the airport when they really only cost $40. This was a great place to stay to enjoy a weekend get away celebrating a friends wedding. It has a great location for easy access to local entertainment. The staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation (bus, airline)
