Unbelievable, filthy and someone went through my suitcase! Everything was gross...don't go there...ever!,,,,,the manager stirred the waffle mix . If the company had not prepaid, I would have left. I wiped crumbs out of the bed, so gross.

The staff is friendly and the location to the university is great, but the train going by constantly is nerve.wrecking and its hard to rest at night.

Minor deficiencies: No stopper in sink, loose tp dispenser, light bulb out, no back up toilet paper, and spotty vacuuming and dusting. Slow computer at check out counter.
