Stayed here for a business meeting. The staff was outstanding - especially the waitstaff during our meals. They were always so pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent and always fresh. Fitness center and pool are all very clean. More

We had to make a quick trip to Chicago. Bid $40 for 2.5* property and got upgrased to this location. Have stayed here many times. Great large divided rooms . This is a very nice property. No surprises sometimes is a good thing. Expecy a smooth stay, good comfort and a team that tries its best. Average to my standards except for the VERY POOR Internet connection whose bandwidth is nonexistent (45 minutes to send out a 6MB file) and whose price is unreasonable. This was my first stay at this location and I think it is my favorite. I've Always liked Hyatt Hotel's, but this one was particularly nice. The Hyatt Deerfield is, in one word, comfortable. The spacious lobby offers a variety of seating areas. In fact, if you catch a beautiful Chicago day, there is a pleasant courtyard with outdoor seating. The colorful hallways lead guests to rooms. This Hyatt is close to major expressways, shopping, and the Chicago Botanic Garden and the Ravinia Music Festivals. I always stay here when I visit Chicago and I've never been disappointed. The staff is helpful, the rooms are like suites and the price is always right--particularly on weekends. Free parking is another perk. More
