My partner and I chose to stay in the subburbs on a recent trip to Chicago. We were so happy with the hotel and its staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We were very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is also safe and family friendly. Stayed there many times and never had a problem that wasn't solved immediately. The location is great.

Stayed there while my son competed in the Elite 11 Nike tournament. The people where nice & the amenities where great. Breakfast was good. Changed the menu daily nice touch. Nice & quite great beds & bathroom was roomy. Parking was free & plenty of it. Sports bar next door was a great benefit!

The service in this hotel is very, very good. People are very helpfull, fresh coffee is available early in the morning, the shuttle even takes you to the mall. The rooms are big and well equipped. Free WiFi in good quality. No restaurant in the hotel, but a sports Bar and a Steak House right next door.
