In area for business and hotel was close to my appointment. Had a reservation and check in was very fast. Room was clean, workout room had 3 treadmills and pool area was well kept. Hotel was full, but I never heard any noise from adjacent rooms, hallway or floor above.

My husband and I have stayed here many times over the past 7 years. This hotel is very convenient when we are in the city, since we live in the far west suburbs. The hotel is always very clean and the staff has always been accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights last weekend for a family wedding. Everything was top-notch. The rooms were very nice, very clean as well as the common areas, hallways and the outside courtyard. The breakfast was very good and the waitress very friendly. She welcomed us the next day like we were family. Customer service is obviously important to this hotel.

Great place to stay. We were only staying overnight To Be truthful It is s basic hotel with clean rooms and near our destination, The service was outstanding with tina for breakfast was like we were guest in her home and that made the stay memorable.
