“Loved the entertainment (bowling alley, gameroom, spa)”

My family and I stayed one night on December 31st. While the entertainment and the resort were nice, there are a couple of things that made our visit uncomfortable. We requested for our rooms to be joined, which at check-in, they were not able to accommodate us, although there was no one in the next room. We made dinner reservations... More
