Rooms are remodeled but still stuffy. Refrigerators in room cool items inside, but run hot. Repeated internet service issues, when calling the front desk about the issue, their repeated response is that it is an AT&T issue and provide no assistance.

We were plesantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. Great amenities. Brunch was awesome! Andy the shuttle driver went above and beyond to accomodate us to and from the Ravinia. Bartenders at Frank's place were great. Great hotel all around!
