I am currently trying to get our of my remaining 2 nights. This hotel is terrible. From the start, check in was ok. Call came in and I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for her to get off. “Great Nights Sleep”

I had a good experience at this hotel. We asked to be in the remodeled section and they were glad to put us in the newer side. It was really nice for the price. The bathroom was really nice and the bed was a little firm but we like it like that. Overall it is a decent hotel.

This hotel is very nice the renovated rooms are nice and clean. The staff is wonderful especially Vicky, Nora, and Carina. The maids are nice and kind they are bilingual so be patient with them. This was a good value hotel. We had excellent service & the room was very clean. There was a complimentary continental breakfast. We had a good stay.
