“Wonderful Vegetarian Food, Friendly Hosts”

I spent a wonderful weekend at Roots Yard. The food was SO good. I had some of the best red red and coconut curry I've had in Ghana (or ever). It's all vegan, which is wonderful if you're a vegetarian, but my meat eating friends loved it too. I wish I had gotten their recipes! I stayed in the tent... More
