After the loss of a family member we journeyed out to Illinois. Upon entering the building we were hit with a wave of hot air. The halls were hotter than outside and it stank. The location is great...easy access. The service was friendly. The room was clean. The guide in the room explained the "free continental breakfast" as being offered from 6am to 10am, and when I went down to the lobby at 930am everything was cleaned up and put away. Really enjoyed visiting with the hosts about food and other fun things. Everything about the hotel was in good order, including the view out the back window. I have no suggestions for improvement since everything provided was excellent!
