“So disgusting!”

Stains on the comforter, food crumbs on the blanket, and HAIR EVERYWHERE! Found human hair on the pillows (ew!), shower curtain, bathroom vanity, and chair in room. Didn't feel clean anywhere in the room. Arrived late and tired or I definitely would have asked to switch! Never again.

Sorry to hear that your room was not clean properly, I wished you didn't have to experience something like that., this is very unexceptable. Please be aware that I just had a meeting with the housekeeper that cleaned your room that day and she was reprimanded. I will contact you soon. More

I was welcomed with a smile when I checked in and if needed anything while my stay they were always willing to give suggestions and they we always great suggestions too Lisa is the best she will get to know u by just ur voice and is u see her in public she will always say hi

Lisa was very helpful. Anytime we needed help she was more than helpful. Will stay there again. We really enjoyed the pool. If we had a problem Lisa was very very helpful in fixing it. Lisa is a great asset to Howard johnson

Have been staying here for a while now & have never had a problem ... Lisa , Megan , & Jennifer at the front desk are wonderful & deliver great customer service ! They also have a great restaurant (which switched to new owners) that just re-opened recently ... & a nice lounge called "The Aviator" ... There ARE airport... More
