The staff was very courteous and friendly. They even called my room, after check-in, to make sure the accommodations were satisfactory. Wow! They accommodations were on par with a Hilton hotel. I was very impressed and if in the area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Also the location is very convenient. It is right off I-90.

Great place to stay. This was a clean quiet hotel with EXCEPTIONAL staff courtesy and helpfulness. When I needed extra towels after hours the front desk ran them up to me. The fitness room met my needs. Internet had wonderful connectivity.

The facility is incredible. You feel like you are staying in a much more expensive facility. The complimentary breakfast is beyond good. And the staff is The staff is unobtrusive but present to take care of your every need. I would consider returning to Rockford just to stay in this hotel. You cannot go wrong with this Hotel.

I am a very local Hilton brand consumer, however this particular location is a tough one. The hotel and the food and rooms were plenty fine, but unfortunately I had a room at the side facing the interstate and while I was able to sleep, it was a long night of trucks...
