The property is tired and over due for a deep clean and renovation. F&B is lack luster and just meets franchise standards. Staff is friendly but are working against a lacking physical plant. Third year staying here and it just keeps limping along. Shame on me for hoping it got better. More

Solid stay at this hotel. Lots of perks like free breakfast buffet and evening Managers reception with free snacks and drinks. Also on site restaurant and bar and grill. Nice large room with separate living room and bedroom, both with two large flat screen televisions. Free shuttle to and from Ohare airport. No complaints! More
