Disappointed for price. Lobby & restaurant area very nice but rooms and amenities dated. Rooms not very sound proof. Breakfast items were good but absolutely no service from wait staff. Had to go looking for juice and water refills.

Very good experience in banquets/room and service. Full value for money. Friendly staff. Great service and great value addition. The events went off very smooth thanks to the support from the whole team.

This Doubletree is tastefully decorated and has a very warm and inviting feel from the Lobby and on into the hotel rooms. The warm cookie they give you upon arrival is fabulous! So good, in fact, that we purchased a tin of them to bring home.

They put a new face on the lobby and dining area but the rooms still have the same old makeup. I found that the hotel doesn't treat their honors members as well as the other Doubletree's. I always enjoy coffee in the morning but the the room service only gave me a 1 cup pack.

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Schaumburg. We were in town to shop and have dinner. This hotel is perfectly located near the mall and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The lobby is very modern and had a great little bar tucked in the corner. I would definitely stay here again.
