Hightailed it to holiday inn after a horrible experience at a previous hotel. The customer service was great and speedy to resolve my issue and it suited my needs since I have two small children. It was warm and clean!!! If ever on Waukegan.. This is my choice for a great price!

This place was comfortable and accommodating. The staff were pleasant, and the rooms were fresh and clean. Breakfast was good, and the location has plenty of parking. There's not much nearby to walk to, so it might not be the top pick for itchy families, but it suited me well for my business with the Navy.

This is a good hotel in this area. You have a few eating joints close. There is a gas station and wall-mart close to the hotel. The rooms were decent and the staff were very courteous and polite. The room was sufficiently big. The washroom was neat and tidy. Had a good experience overall.

I could not be happier with the overall experience I had with HI Express Waukegan. The rooms extremely clean the staff very helpful and the manager (Dan) was excellent and informative about the area. Not only would I stay again I would definitely recommend.
