No reason to over pay for a place to stay while visiting my son at college. The manager is very involved and attentive. The motel continues to improve. Good value, friendly service. Great location, within walking distance to IU. I plan on using this motel for all my visits.

I do not understand the negative reviews. My stays have always been comfortable and clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. The owners are continually improving the facility, making it an even better value. For the favorable room rate that they charge this is indeed Americas (and Bloomington's) Best Value Inn.
