At first I did have a small bit of trouble finding the location, but with the kind help desk, was helped with no problem. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, lobby was very nice, and the rooms were spotless. The rooms are not big in size, but are very well cared for and my stay was perfect.

Love staying here! IU Memorial Union and Hotel are a perfect mix of old and new elegance. Love all of the stores, eating places, and amenities located here. Feels like you are a part of the campus and life of the university. Also parking is easy and free with your room!
