Two rooms for rent and both great value for money. One has a spa bath and this was the better room. Joan provide the best continetial breakfast on our trip and was agreat host. If you are looking for value then you can't go past this B&B. Much better than I expected.
I've been coming to Tasmania for many years and have always stayed in downtown Launceston. This year, I stayed at the Riverside B&B just 5 minutes down the road from the CBD and will return here in the future. The house is beautiful, with a view of the Tamar River and the most incredible back garden I've seen in ages....
