We have stayed here and dined a couple of times while visiting our daughter in Carmel. The front desk staff was exceptional! Very professional and courteous as well as the dining staff. We were made to feel very special and comfortable. The rooms are very large and decorated beautifully! I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
