Quality all around. The staff is personable, responsive and makes the effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and furnishings are on par with major hotel chains in major cities. Beds are quite comfy and rooms have a safe and refrigerator. Cleanliness is a high priority for me and this property delivers.

this is the closest thing you're going to get to Vegas in the ohio valley. the prices are good, there's a lot to see and do, and everything is all in one spot so it's very convenient. it's a fun time if you like gambling, seeing people having a good time, enjoy good food & drinks.

I had a nice stay at this property until I got home and noticed they ran my credit card twice. When I discovered the error I called the front desk. After speaking with 5 different people they ultimately would correct the mistake. I would not stay here or any of their affiliated properties again.

I've stayed at this property since they transitioned from Caesar's to Horseshoe. Staff is always courteous no matter what level player's card holder - and I've been both extremes. We stayed here traveling from Texas to Indiana. Didn't have enough comps for a room, so the price was a little steep for the room I thought.
