It is a dump. The lobby doesn't look horrible, however the hallway and rooms are another matter. The carpeting in our room was old and needed a good cleaning and the bed was hard as rock. This establishment was an excellent 'find', amidst a large cluster of big name and higher name motels of very good reputation. This Motel, part of the Best Western Family, was clean, efficient, quiet, and had an admirable staff. In particular, one Mrs Roshni, was extremely gracious, and a bonus to her employer. I would recommend anyone to this motel.

The Castleton Inn advertises as a Best Western, but there is no BW sign outside. The lady at the desk looked overworked and tired, but the room service was kind. Friendly staff, good full breafast, laundramat for guests, fridge and microwave in room, and it was a great location for us near our friends.
