Very pleasant young lady at check in. Good first impression. Pretty much all downhill from there. Room pretty much beat up (but clean). Breakfast average at best. Just felt like the neighborhood was a little dodgy.

The location of Hotel is excellent. Many nearby restaurants and shopping. Close to freeway to go downtown. I would probably select a different hotel in the area upon a future visit, unless remodeling is done.

The staff was very nice and check-in was quick and courteous. There are several different dining options within walking distance. My room was pretty clean, however the walls in the room and hallways are in need of some paint and the furniture could use an update. Stopped here during a terrible ice storm. Nice average Best Western. Front desk personel were very friendly and the room was o.k. Hotel is in a good area with several chain restaurants nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was more than expected and good coffee.
