Everything is excellent at the Hyatt downtown! From the arrival valet was friendly and the registration staff were professional and very helpful with recommending dining and nightlife . The staff and service was outstanding! I recommend this hotel 10/10 and I can't wait to be a guest again.

The average room seems a little small which is somewhat off putting but the personnel makes up for it twofold.And the room is very nicely appointed. Reminds me of NY studio. Scott was amazing as he he made sure i was content. Courtney was an incredible host who took the time to familiarize me with my surroundings. Great stay.

good experience....good choice for business travelers...right in front of the convention centre... the sky walk connects to the mall and the convention centre and also few other hotels... very convenient even in bad weathers...oh and i love starbucks... they have one right in the lobby :)

We were in town for the Mini-Indy and wanted to be downtown. The location was very convenient. We were able to use skywalk to get around when it rained, other places were just a short walk away. the hotel itself was very clean, staff was friendly & very helpful. Despite being very full, it felt serene, never chaotic.
