Lack of cleanliness throughout: persistent musty smell, stained and burned carpets, ripped furniture, holes kicked/knocked in paneling. If we hadn't pre-paid and had no options for getting our money back, we would have left without unpacking. Our private lawn/beach area was littered with cigarette butts and beer-bottle caps. Lake and fishing were good but didn't make up for sub-standard accommodations...
