“Not the best Holiday Inn Express I've been to.”

I am a Gold level member therefore have plenty of visits to Holiday Inns. As soon as I walked in the lobby smelled like a damp basement. Even though I was in a non-smoking room, it must have been a smoking room previously because it still smelled.

“Very nice. Very clean”

Stayed there two nights for business. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was decent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if in South Bend in the future.

“Excellent hotel good breakfast”

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was free and the variety was good. Had hot and cold to help yourself to. The woman working in the breakfast area was right on top of everything. Very good!!!
